All orders under $14.00 before shipping and tax costs are added, will have a $4.00 handling fee added to the order.
All orders are processed and shipped within two
business days when everything is in-stock. Orders
received before 12:00 noon EST will be processed
the same business day as much as possible. Orders
received after 12:00 noon EST will be processed the
following business day.
Shipping Insurance Policy:
Swiss Knife Headquarters.com does not automatically
add insurance to the USPS orders. The customer must
select the USPS Optional Shipping Insurance to have
the order insured. We do however strongly recommend
that you add shipping insurance.
Return Policy:
Swiss Knife Headquarter's customers must obtain
a Return Authorization # before returning any
merchandise to Swiss Knife Headquarters.
Swiss Knife Headquarters will not accept any
returned merchandise without a valid RA#.

A customer service representative will give you a RA#
that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the
return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Swiss Knife Headquarters will not be obligated to accept
any returns of product submitted more than 60 days after
shipment of such products to customer, excluding returns
of defective product. RA#'s have a validity period of 30
days from the date of issue.
Restocking Fees:
Non-defective merchandise returned to Swiss Knife
Headquarters for any reason other than a miss-ship of
product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Product must be received by us in original condition
and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be
accepted for return. Once the merchandise has been
received back, a credit will be posted to your credit card
minus the 15% restocking fee, any shipping charges, and
6% of total order amount for credit card/PayPal fees.
Back-order Policy:
All backorder expected ship dates, are estimates, and are
solely dependant on Victorinox keeping their scheduled
ship date. Since this is out of Swiss Knife Headquarters
control, any order that is canceled due to a change in the
expected ship date is subject to a 6% fee of the total order.
This covers credit card/Paypal fees that Swiss Knife
Headquarters is charged when the order is placed and/or
canceled and these fees are non-refundable. As much as
Swiss Knife Headquarters strives to keep current with our
supplier's backorder status, there maybe times that their
inventory changes and this website's product status does
not reflect the proper back-order status. This however
will not make void this back-order policy.
Cancellation Policy:
Any order that is canceled for any reason other then Swiss
Knife Headquarters finds that the product is no longer
available, is subject to a 6% fee of the total order. This
covers credit card/Paypal fees that Swiss Knife
Headquarters is charged when the order is placed and/or
canceled and these fees are non-refundable.
International Shipping:
At this time Swiss Knife Headquarters is not able to ship
outside the United States. We are not setup to handle the
Duties/Import taxes and Customs requirements.
