1. When I place an order, how long will it take to ship?
Swiss Knife Headquarters ships your order as soon as possible.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours on normal business
days.
2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
After the order is shipped, it usually takes two (2) to three (3) business
days for an order to reach its destination using USPS Priority. If you
need to receive your order sooner, you may upgrade your shipping
method at an additional cost.
3. How do I know if Swiss Knife Headquarters received my order?
When you place your order with Swiss Knife Headquarters.com, you
will receive an order confirmation which includes your order number.
If you provide an e-mail address, you will also receive a confirmation
e-mail.
4. What credit cards does Swiss Knife Headquarters accept?
Swiss Knife Headquarters accepts Visa, MasterCard, and
Discover.
5. Does Swiss Knife Headquarters charge sales tax?
Swiss Knife Headquarters does comply with the law, and charges
sales tax for Georgia residents only. This will be applied at time of sale
for Georgia residents.
6. If an item is missing from, or damaged in my order, what should I do?
If an item is missing from your order, check your invoice to see if the
item was backordered, or if the item is no longer available. If your item is
listed on the invoice, but not included with the order, or your item is
damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department by email

If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service

Your credit card is charged as soon as you place your order. Once
you receive an order confirmation, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE
TO THE ORDER WITH OUT FEES BEING CHARGED..
9. If I have backordered merchandise, will it hold up the entire order?
Unless requested at time of order, the complete order will be held until
all items are available and then shipped.
10. Do I have to pay additional shipping for backordered merchandise?
Yes, if you request to have order sent before complete order is available.

All Returns for miss-ship of product, damaged or defective product,
or Non-defective product, must be accompanied by Return

13. How did my order ship?
All orders are shipped by USPS, unless otherwise requested at
time of order. UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air is available for an
additional cost. USPS Priority takes 2 days to most areas of the
United States, 3 days in a few rare areas.
14. Does Swiss Knife Headquarters ship outside of the United States?
No. Swiss Knife Headquarters is not setup to collect Import taxes and
duties that the US and other Governments charge.
